Cancellations & Refunds

Understand our process for cancelling orders and requesting refunds

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please go to your order history page and click on “Cancel Order” before dispatch.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Please note that some categories such as personal care items, lingerie, perishable goods, and customized products are not eligible for refunds unless received damaged.

3. Refund Process

Once your return or cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment app. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our support team.

5. Seller-Specific Refunds (For Multivendor Sellers)

Each seller on our platform follows our central refund guidelines, but individual processing times may vary slightly. Sellers are expected to respond to refund requests within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in automatic approval from the platform.
