Learn how we process and deliver your orders safely and quickly

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. You will be notified if there’s a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the seller’s dispatch center.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we deliver within India only. We are working on expanding our services to international locations soon.

5. Damages

We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur re-shipping charges.
